1. Service Overview. Linvas provides a visual workspace for organizing web links on thematic boards, grouping related resources, and mapping connections between materials.

2. Free & Pro Plan Quotas. The Free plan includes up to 5 active boards and up to 200 unique saved URL resources per account. Placing an already-saved URL onto multiple boards does not consume extra resource quota. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, existing boards and resources remain accessible in read-only mode above the Free limits until usage drops below the Free threshold.

3. 24-Hour Free Inbox Rule. The Inbox on the Free plan is a temporary triage buffer for incoming links. Items that remain only in the Inbox and are not placed on any board within 24 hours expire automatically and are permanently removed.

4. Prohibited Content. You may not save, publish, or share through Linvas any content or links that contain or lead to:

  • sexually explicit or adult (18+) material, and any sexual content involving minors;
  • terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement, glorification, or threats of violence;
  • hate speech or harassment targeting people based on protected characteristics;
  • phishing, scams, malware, or any other malicious or deceptive software or pages;
  • personal data of others published without consent (doxxing);
  • pirated material or other content that infringes copyright or trademarks;
  • spam, SEO link farming, or illegal goods and services, including unlicensed gambling.

5. Acceptable Use. You may not use the service for automated spam, scraping, SSRF or network abuse, or to get around rate limits, quotas, or moderation. Rate limits and payload size limits apply to keep the service stable.

6. Your Content & Responsibility. You keep ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it, including the links you save and the boards you make public. Linvas only provides the technical infrastructure for storing and displaying links. Linvas does not control, endorse, or check third-party websites. You open external links at your own risk. Boards are private by default. Before making a board public, you must confirm that its content follows these Terms.

7. Moderation & Enforcement. We may automatically block links that are flagged as unsafe or that match our block lists. Public boards that receive several reports may be hidden until we review them. If we believe these Terms are violated, we may remove content, hide or delete any board, or suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, without notice and without giving reasons.

8. Reporting Abuse & Copyright Notices. Use the “Report” button on any public board, or email abuse@linvas.app. Copyright owners can send takedown notices to the same address. A notice should identify the work, the board link, and your contact details, and include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linvas is not liable for user-generated content, third-party websites, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
